2. Description of Service

Skjoldi provides a photo processing service that allows users to blur faces or overlay stickers on faces in photographs before sharing them online. The Service is designed to help parents protect their children's privacy.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to process or share
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. Skjoldi does not claim ownership of your content. We only process your photos as instructed and delete them according to our data retention policy.

The Skjoldi name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Skjoldi and may not be used without prior written consent.

6. Payments and Billing

Some features require payment. By purchasing credits or subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified
• Credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skjoldi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

While we strive for accurate face detection, we cannot guarantee that all faces will be detected or that the protection applied will be sufficient for all use cases.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
